Our Service Team achieve ISO 9001:2008 Management Standard - 13 Jul 2015

We are delighted to have obtained ISO9001 certification with the help of ISO Quality Services Limted whom we met through our partnership with the Worcester Chamber of Commerce.

Specifically we have obtained accreditation for our Service Department who service & Support our large customer base of 3D printers.

An ISO 9001 quality management system is a systematic and process driven approach in being able to manage our business.Designed to support the company in ensuring we meet the needs of our customers, whilst delivering a consistent level of quality and satisfaction.

Having already been in the position of offering a robust  Nationwide approach to service for over a decade QSL enabled us to quickly & formally achieve accreditation.

Our network of office & home based engineers whom are located throughout the UK (including Northern ireland) are controlled via a central team at HQ making our Service Support the largest in the UK for Stratasys & Objet 3D printers.
